International Conference on Family and Fertility
Virtual conference, 3-5 December 2020
This international conference is organized by the IUSSP Panel on Family Behaviour in East Asia and Southern Europe, in collaboration with the Center for Social Research, Peking University.
This conference will explore the causes and consequences of low fertility and associated family change. Research on how fertility and family change are related to gender, family ties, and economic uncertainty is particularly encouraged. The organizing panel focuses on low fertility and family change in East Asia and Southern Europe, but the geographic focus of this conference is broad and we encourage the submission of papers on low fertility around the world.
